छात्रवृत्ति शिकायत में आधार और पासवर्ड (Scholarship verification details)

You may voluntarily provide your Aadhaar number or scholarship portal password to help us check your application. You can submit using registration and OTR details without either item. Each requires separate consent and is encrypted under a separate key in hidden fields of the complaint record. Neither appears in public tracking or complaint lists. Only the Centre Admin can reveal it for verification, and each access is logged. We delete both when the complaint is resolved or closed. Do not provide a password if your scholarship portal tells you to keep it confidential, and do not put Aadhaar or passwords in free-text fields.

आवेदन की जाँच में मदद के लिए आप स्वेच्छा से आधार नंबर या छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पासवर्ड दे सकते हैं। इनके बिना भी पंजीकरण और OTR विवरण से शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं। दोनों के लिए अलग सहमति चाहिए और दोनों शिकायत रिकॉर्ड के छिपे फ़ील्ड में अलग कुंजी से एन्क्रिप्ट किए जाते हैं। ये सार्वजनिक ट्रैकिंग या शिकायत सूची में नहीं दिखते। केवल केंद्र व्यवस्थापक सत्यापन के लिए देख सकता है और हर बार देखने का रिकॉर्ड रखा जाता है। शिकायत समाधानित या बंद होने पर दोनों हटा दिए जाते हैं। यदि पोर्टल पासवर्ड गोपनीय रखने को कहता है, तो उसे न दें; आधार या पासवर्ड खुले विवरण में न लिखें।
मोबाइल OTP और सुरक्षा जाँच (Phone OTP and security checks)

When you request a booking OTP, password recovery OTP, or confirmation, your mobile number and approved message details are processed by Fast2SMS for SMS delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile may process network, browser, and device information to detect bots and prevent abuse.
