We assist customers with digital, government, and other listed services. Approval, issue, delivery time, and final outcome of services controlled by a government department or third-party provider remain subject to that organisation’s rules, systems, and decisions.

हम ग्राहकों को डिजिटल, सरकारी और अन्य सूचीबद्ध सेवाओं में सहायता देते हैं। सरकारी विभाग या तृतीय-पक्ष प्रदाता के नियंत्रण वाली सेवा की मंजूरी, जारी होना, समय और अंतिम परिणाम उस संस्था के नियमों, प्रणाली और निर्णय पर निर्भर होते हैं।

You must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and genuine documents. You are responsible for checking the details you provide before submission. We may decline or pause a request where information or documents are incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, or not permitted by law.

आपको सही, पूर्ण और कानूनी जानकारी तथा असली दस्तावेज़ देने होंगे। जमा करने से पहले विवरण की जांच करना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है। जानकारी या दस्तावेज़ अधूरे, गलत, संदिग्ध या कानूनन अनुमत न होने पर हम अनुरोध अस्वीकार या रोक सकते हैं।

Government charges, centre service fees, additional costs, and other charges are shown or communicated for the selected service. Fees may change where the relevant authority, provider, or service requirement changes. A receipt should be kept as proof of payment.

चुनी गई सेवा के लिए सरकारी शुल्क, केंद्र सेवा शुल्क, अतिरिक्त लागत और अन्य शुल्क दिखाए या बताए जाते हैं। संबंधित विभाग, प्रदाता या सेवा आवश्यकता बदलने पर शुल्क बदल सकते हैं। भुगतान प्रमाण के रूप में रसीद सुरक्षित रखें।

Appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive with the required documents. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to operational needs, public holidays, system outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

अपॉइंटमेंट उपलब्धता पर निर्भर हैं। आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ साथ लाएँ। संचालन आवश्यकता, सार्वजनिक अवकाश, सिस्टम बंद होने या हमारे नियंत्रण से बाहर की परिस्थितियों के कारण अपॉइंटमेंट पुनर्निर्धारित या रद्द किया जा सकता है।

You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.

आप पोर्टल का दुरुपयोग, अनधिकृत प्रवेश का प्रयास, गलत जानकारी जमा, संचालन में बाधा या गैरकानूनी उपयोग नहीं कर सकते। दुरुपयोग की आशंका होने पर हम पहुंच सीमित कर सकते हैं।

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, outages, or changes caused by government portals, banks, telecom operators, payment providers, or other third parties. Our responsibility, where applicable, is limited to the service actually provided by the centre in accordance with applicable law.

सरकारी पोर्टल, बैंक, टेलीकॉम ऑपरेटर, भुगतान प्रदाता या अन्य तृतीय पक्ष के कारण होने वाली देरी, अस्वीकृति, आउटेज या बदलाव के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं। लागू कानून के अनुसार हमारी जिम्मेदारी केंद्र द्वारा वास्तव में दी गई सेवा तक सीमित है।
